一支小 daemon，為了那個「週末吃掉的 query」寫的。監聽 pg_stat_activity，超過閾值就把 query + plan 送到 Slack channel 讓值班的人先看到。
A small daemon born out of the weekend-eating query. It polls pg_stat_activity and dumps the query + plan to Slack when something is idling past the threshold.
